Renting/living in Pheonix Park Race Course????

    Hi,
    Can anyone give me advice on renting in the Pheonix Park Race Course? Would you recommend? Any issues to take into consideration? How much for rent? Seems all asking around 1,000-1,100 but is this open to negotiation? More than likely will be for 12 month lease but want a break clause any recommendations on this? Have never rented before and have a young daughter to consider so security & location are NB.

    Hi, depends on where you work and if you are driving really, I would try ashtown instead, I think its nicer and nearer the train, well some parts anyway. You are going to be beside a very busy road, living beside empty appartments, although you are around the corner from the park. Depends on what you want? if you like the park its perfect, Castleknock village is near which is also nice. I havent been in one but I have heard they are very nice inside. I would expect rent to be a little less to be honest, I would bargin.
