I tested the fuses they seem ok

I need to get this fixed for the nct dont want my car to fail over the horn

    Some good info here,

    http://forums.focaljet.com/team-tech/458526-2001-horn-not-working.html

Buy a new one, or just get it looked at by a mechanic you know, you could easily get raped for big money if you bring it into a garage.

Looks like the viagra joke has been done...

Could be just a loose wire inside the steering wheel.

    Look for a bad earth.
The horn normally earths to the body through the bolt that holds it.
Maybe take it off and clean up and dirt of rust.

Make sure you don't have a loose or coroded connection to the positive.

If you get a multi meter just see if you have 12 volts to the horn when turned on inside.

Test the horn direct to the battery.
