Replacement digitiser in a bricks and mortar store?

    Looking to buy a replacement digitiser (screen) for a 3rd gen ipod in a brick and mortar store (need it by Thursday). Are there any options in Dublin?

    FM Mobile on camden street supply and fit these to the iPhone 3gs for €70, dont know how much just to supply?
    would you be fitting it yourself?

    i also rang GSM Solutions and they 109 for the screen supplied and fitted and 69 just supplied.

    Cheers. Yeah, I'd do the replacement myself. Looks fairly straightforward. 70's a bit pricey though.

    ive seen them online for 40 dollars but then another 30 dollars for shipping!
    try FM Mobiles and see how much they will sell you one for you to fit.

    Yep. Given the price differential I couldn't justify the cost. Just got one on ebay for under a score including delivery.

    (it's an 8G 3rd gen, which uses the digitiser from 2nd gen).
