Hi guys we have a gig in Latvia this weekend and I was just wondering about using our equipment over there, is it safe to power everything of an extension plug board (with Irish plug sockets) using a travel adaptor for the extension plug board?

No it is an indoor gig. Do I need to get some sort of transformer before I go? Don't want to go blowing anything.

mmm .... dunno. I wouldn't imagine travel adaptors can handle much current.

This is my worry, wiki says Latvia uses 220v so it might be ok?

Yup, the best plan might be to bring a extension lead and buy a Latvian mains plug.
