    Hi,
Is there anyone who has done one of the cookery courses in gmit? I am interested in finding out about someones personal experience before i ring the college for further info. I am really interested in the total immersion chefs course. How do you go about getting a kitchen to take you on. do you send a cv to them. As this is a career chang im a bit clueless.

If theres work placement as part of the course the college try and find you a job, you can drop in cv's yourself either.

Amg, my husband was interested in that course as well. Did you find anything out? He would also be a career changer.
