Was to pay the traffic fine yesterday and the same old look. Entered the website today and somehow shocked  Is it really better?
Smaller, all condensed in upper left corner of a screen...

Are you sure thats a new design? Looks very old and not great by todays design standards. Could be a temp thing, if its not the design they had all along? I cant remember

It's definitely changed from what it was visually, but it's pretty much the same in terms of structure and content. It could be a temp website but I'd say that is the new site.

"Pay a traffic fine" link was on the right yesterday - I am sure about that.
    And the background was bluish.

A proof from Jun 2008 (slow connection):

Where did I got that blue background from?
Hope it's temporary - it's like good old nineties :)

The N25 Waterford Bypass opens on Monday 19th October 2009, some 10 months ahead of schedule.

Minister Martin Cullen will perform the opening ceremony and the brodge will be open to traffic from 5pm onwards on Monday.

That's so bad it makes my HTML/CSS look good. :) Some of the page comments are good too: "text must be properly spaced and formatted to wrap inside a div-->" and there are even comments in the CSS. Perhaps it is some cost saving effort by the city council and they've got somebody's kid to do it as a Summer Holidays project?

    Regards...jmcc
