    Just for those who are interested:

    This little forum usually ticks along at around 2,000 page views per day, but last Thursday when the recruitment freeze was announced, the number of page views the forum drew doubled to 4,641.

    Then, on Friday, when The Official Word was released, this little forum drew a very surprising all-time high of 6,522 page views, beating the previous all-time high of 4,854 back on April 23rd.

    Saturday then saw the forum return to some sort of normality with 2,482 page views, and Sunday saw that figure rise to 3,733.

    I didn't realise I'd píssed off that many people on Friday.

    Sorry if your first visit to the site was to read a career-halting announcement. It wasn't my fault... they started it.

    I hope we can still be friends?

    Thanks for those stats psni , god but I love 'em , what I would like to know is how many of the folks on the forum in the last few days have been serving P.S.N.I. officers who have dropped in here to get reliable info ? :D
    Alas we can only speculate but I really would kill to know.

    You should be proud of of your little forum psni (even though you were the bearer of bad news!) your announcement made number 2 on google when searching "psni recruitment freeze"...I think we might be some of the most informed civies out there thanks to you :)

    I hope I was on my best behaviour on Friday, that's alot of reads, who knows who was reading! If I wasn't, ah well I'm incognito...you'll never catch meeeee :P
