    how to go online in the ps3 with a 3 modem.i have no router but doneed one. could any1 give me advice.thank you:D:D

    I dunno if you got it to work, but on three (I'm on 3 too), it's surprisingly easy.

    Start..Network..Network and Sharing Center..Manage Network Connections:

    In there pick the 3 Huawei modem. Right click, properties, sharing, turn the top and bottom options ON, (Enable sharing, set to local area connection) and the third one (allow other users to control/disable connection), like so :

    • You may have to disconnect and reconnect to the internet on the 3Connect program for the settings to take effect.

    Once that's done, just plug the cable into the computer (already connected to ps). In the ps go into Network..Connections..Settings..Custom..Wired (+ set the rest to automatic). Test the connection and it should work now. Enjoy :D
