Sports Massage or a Remedy for lower back

    Last few months I have been doing more bike than run and now am in marathon mode with the result that im getting a temporary tightness just about my ass cheek when I start running and sometimes during the run , generally sticking my fingers in and massaging about gets rid of the tightness and I can continue , but need to get a long term fix

    Can anyone recommend a good sports physio in Stephens Green area, I'd prefer one that does 30mins sessions but any recommendations is a start

    and

    Anyone had this problem recommend streches fixes , I have been rolling on a tennis ball and that deffo helps...so could be on right track
