Dell inspiron 1750 help!

    Hey, my laptop (Dell inspiron 1750 about 7 months old) has started to freezin completely rendering itself useless. th option i have is to turn it off using the button and starting it again only for it to freeze almost imediately again. does anybody have any ideas what the problem is or more importantly what the solution might be? thanks!

    If it's only 7 months old it is most likely still under warranty. You can ring Dell and they should fix it for free for you. You should at least make them aware of the problem so that you'll have some comeback in the future if it continues being problematic.

    Thanks fistycuffs, thats a good idea alright. would dell be known for good customer service or not? is it a free phone number?
