Cheap mobile and sim

I'm looking for the cheapest phone and sim I can get my hands on, it only for emergencies so I'm not really fussy about which network its on and just want very basic handset, can you recommend anything? thanks Lisa

Order a free sim from here: https://sim1.o2online-media.ie/SimOrderDetail.aspx

Two phone options for less then €30, both are sim free so not locked to any network, which is very handy as you never know when you might switch network down the line and then get caught out.
