hey i should b starting my 1st year in galway in september..just after sorting out private housing and im going to be sharing with 2 friends and another girl i dont know who is a friend of my friends..2 of us are 1st years,1 is a 3rd yr and the girl i dont know is going in2 1st year 2 repeat.i love the house it is a 2 minute walk from erye square but i just hope that i wont be missing out by not living in student acc..i hopefully will be doing arts which i know has a very large number of people in the course and there would be very large lectures and im just woried it might be difficult to make friend if theres like 60/70 in a lecture??i absolutly love the house,i have a double bed room and its 70e a week excluding the internet and cable tv(wich is reli gud i tink)..im just wondering am i doing the wrong thing by not going in2 student acc and meeting new people??or is meeting people on your course a good enough way 2 meet new people and make friends??
