    Hi,

have been wearing Nike Structure Triax13 for the last 700-ish miles. have been told that i need minimal support though since and am thinking of changing to a cushioned shoe as i should be able to wear them

john buckely sports/edge/running room advised me i should be ok in cushioned shoes.
thing is, im used to structured shoes now....

so what should i do with day 1 over in the new marathon programme? should i stick with structured for this marathon programme or should i change to the cushioned?

    ta

Have you thought about trying the Lunarglide? Sounds like it would be a bit of a "happy medium" between a cushioned and structured shoe for you.

tried them on but just lacked something so didnt bother with em....tried on a pair of mizuno wave inspire 6s and they felt really comfy, but ended up buying the wave rider 13s for some reason?

was recommended them a few months back by edge sports but didnt get em then as i was a bit ignorant about mizuno equipment....

anyway, i can try the wave rider on the threadmill and if im not happy exchange them for the inspire 6s....ill find out tomorrow, but im wearing them now and they feel good.

Got the waveriders myself a few weeks ago after a few pairs of vomeros. Delighted with them I have to say - lightweight and very comfortable!
