This morning I noticed a problem with my pair of PL-50s - one ear is really low sounding compared to the other. I've had them for about 6 months and not been using them a huge amount, about once a fortnight or thereabouts. I didn't stand on or fall asleep on them or anything like that.

I bought them from focalprice.com Should I just go ahead and attempt to set up an RMA request?

I expect the fabric filter has become clogged. Take off the eartip, prise the grille off with a needle and fish out the material behind it... see if that does anything for the volume.

    Spot on, thank you. :)
