"a load" is not very discriptive..... what size was the trailer and how high was it loaded?

Heard of anything from €3 to €7.50 but Neighbours of mine sell trailers (old wooden creeled trailer filled with loose turf) for €800 I think

Yep, thats the price round Roscrea Tipp/Laois border for a trailer load too.

This year I've bought SUPER black turf for €320 for a plot.
Theres a foreign burd who will foot the whole plot for €80 too.;)

I'm in Laois, and as much as I'd like to take my JD for a spin, a trip to Mayo is a bit far to deliver turf!!! But I'll make an exception if I'm gettin the €800 one of the other guys heard about :D
