Statute of limitations for PTSD

    Hey,

    Anyone know what the statute of limitations is for post traumatic stress disorder cases? Original event happened 2004, symptoms started 2005.
    Is there any point seeking legal advice?

    Yes; while the statutory limit (2 years) for PIinjuries seems straightforward, it can actually be a difficult asessment to make and will require knowledge of all of the issues and facts to come to an accurate determination of when your legal 'date of knowledge' was - particularly so with an inury like PTSD.
