Triathlon Wetsuit Rental (Dublin)?

    Afternoon all.

I'm doing King of the Hill Sprint Triathlon in Kinsale at the end of the month with a couple of mates. I'm thinking of renting a Tri specific wetsuit for the race (currently only have surfing wetsuits, which have not been great for the Tri's or sea swims I've done so far).

A quick search and found this:
    http://www.cyclesuperstore.ie/shop/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=75&idproduct=4471

Anyone used their suits - or have good or bad feedback?

Or are there any other options that I'm missing, such as super cheap suits - based in Dublin.

Thanks in advance for any help,

    Fat...

    Hi there,

I know people who have rented the suits and had no issue.
I think Wheelworx offer a similar service, you could check out the cost comparison.

I was supposed to be partaking on Sat but my bike transport fell through....need to get me a car!

Enjoy it and hope you get sorted with a wetsuit!

cheers for the advice...hadn't checked this in a while so missed it. Sorry to hear you missed the event!

I went with an old surf wetsuit instead in the end, and did a swim time of 16min30 sec or so, so happy(ish) with that. great event, return leg of the run is killer with the steep hill at the end...sun came out and all at the end as well which was nice.

Signed up to the Blacksod Bay Olympic as well now (and considering the fermoy sprint) so may look again at buying a wetsuit!!!!

I use a surf wetsuit aswell....going to wait until next year I think to get a tri specific seeing as the season almost over!
