    Came across this article and found it fairly good..

    I like the bit about the "Get-time zone" and knowing when to push harder again near the end of a race. I guess this comes with experience, but I'd mostly finish strong, its just a matter of attacking it a bit earlier!

    Sounds easy enough - just start fast and keep getting faster - PB's all around so!

    Yep sounds easy, :)
    But then you need to define the race fit part :)

    I like the fast start part to the race that really sets the tone.
