So, I quit smoking after 24 years on 21st January. My doctor warned me it would be easier to quit heroin. I'm seriously considering heroin now.
Seriously, does the craving every fkn go away?

    Try ask in here: http://boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=871

This forum is for the positive aspects, so I doubt many of us would know :)

There's tablets you can get that you take on a regular basis, while you continue to smoke. They make you feel ill when smoking, so after a while, you stop smoking so that you don't feel ill, and a mental block is created, whereby you associate smoking with feeling ill, and thus don't want to smoke again.
