Eircom slowdown Monasterevin?

Anyone else in Monasterevin suffering intermittent slowdown with ping tests to eircom.net and boards.ie of 250 +? Im normally pinging @ 15-30 constant at any time of day. The last 5-6 days im seeing major slowdown on and off all times of day /evening.
