I would imagine any decent newsagents could order this in for you as it is more of a beefed up magazine rather than a book- a bookazine if you will, to use the publishers terminology.
Its produced by Future Publishing, who publish loads of magazines in different areas such as music, photography, health etc.
I know most of these can be sourced in Easons, so you might try there.
