    Work-wise, I find wide screens best as they allow you to have your tools off to one side while your working on your item to the left or to the right.

    If you can find a monitor that flips, even better as it allows you to get a full A4 (for example) perspective on some items.

    Its a person choice on what you prefer.

    My monitors by the way are a Hanns.G HW191D and a Dell 1907FPV
    (The Dell is the one that flips so a quick phone call to them will tell you if they they still have them in stock)
