    Hi,
    I`m going to buy the damaged car ( the CAT. D ) from the auction in UK. My question. What is the procedure of the registration of this car if he does not possess proofs V5?

    you need V5
    ID i think
    PPS number
    go to local VRT office (Santry, Fimglas, probably more out there i dont know)
    bring bank draft for exact amount if you have a quote already.

    I thought so too, that the car must be repaired to be able to register. But in this case, what the VRT? If I have 24 hours to pay VRT?

    I received a reply from customer service that I can register the car, need to use Vat invoice as proof of purchase. :confused:
