    Hi there,

I'm going to buy into something in the next while. It's a course that's distance learning and will be over 1/1.5 years. It's through a company based in Ireland. I'm a little worried about it going out of business 'cause I've been stung before this in the same business. I remember when that previous company went into admin. one guy told me he bought into the course with his visa and was protected by them and would get money back. That was in Scotland btw.

So, my question is this: Is there protection for you should a company go out of business and you have paid by Visa in Ireland?

    Thanks a mil!
