    We shoud legalise everything that doesn't directly harm anyone else except the person doing it.

    Thats a dangerous generalisation.

    Do we ban driving and air travel? Two examples off the top of my head that can harm people other than the people doing it, yet they are two of the most useful inventions ever made.

    Driving and air travel do not in themselves directly cause harm to others. It's very possible to do both without harming anyone.

    Running people over in your car or deliberately crashing a plane with passengers however, should remain illegal ;).

    Also, in b4 ban scumbags :rolleyes:.
