Q magazine, for music. IMDB for movies. Waterstones website/Amazon customer reviews for books.
Sorry, I am a bit old fashioned when it comes to music. I still buy all the music press, rather than rely on websites.

Tv reviews i get in the paper, other than that i don't really bother with them-it's word of mouth more than anything.

    Last.fm for music
    Gamespot for games

I sometimes listen to the movie reviews on the radio, have no interest in TV shows apart from Dexter & True Blood, and zero interest in games.

Besides that, I've a 5tb hard-drive with over 5000 films on it. When I want to watch one, I'll just look up reviews on-line & pick a film from that.

I never go to the cinema, coz I hate the places.

    Rotten Tomatoes as a rule.

    IMDB

As for games, I just look at videos on youtube and see if they are worth playing. Reviews are relative. Have played great games, watched great films with really shítty reviews. Have also played shít games and watched crap films with amazing reviews.

Blergh! Rotten tomatoes fulfill me not!

I don't trust that IMDB won't spoil things for me.
