I recently purchased a new Neff Circotherm cooker and I notice that when I set the timer for the cooker to come on a certain time and turn on the switch the fan comes on.The oven does not come on until its supposed to.Surely this is not normal.

Neff are one of the top appliances out there. You should contact KAL (kitchen accessories limited) in Dublin who are the supplier of Neff in Ireland. They will be more than happy to help you with your query. While they don't sell to the public they deal with the public with regards to servicing and training. They will also give you full training on your oven, free of charge if you are willing to call down to them. 01 413 6400 :)

^^ Listen to this man, I can't say enough about KAL. Their product knowledge is absolutely top notch, and their training and demonstrations are a must for anyone buying or having just bought Neff products. They do live cookery demonstrations on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month (I think!) Info should be in here...
