ford 8630 powershift

    can anyone help me with a ford 8630 transmission problem it wont go into 4 5 and 6 and 13 14 and 15 gear i suspect they have one clutch pack or solenoid in common but cant find any info gears 4 5 &6 are the same as gears 13 14 & 15 except its in the high range im finding it hard to get info on the tractor

    Hope you have matches and a big can of petrol:D.

    That will cost a fortune by the sound of things, because when them power-shift trannies go wrong they go wrong in a spectacular way. There is a specialist in England who fixes them, get onto the big ford tractor register and there you will be able to get help from other people who had the boxes go wrong in theirs.

    the big ford tractor register? never heard of it and googleing it doesnt seem to be showing anything what site is that on
