MSN Messenger blocked all contacts

Hi I was wondering if anyone could give me some info as to why my MSN messenger has automatically blocked all my friends bar one? I won't let me unblock anyone individually and when I go to the privacy settings in the Allow and Block lists there is only the one contact of the person who isn't marked as blocked?? Thanks
