usb belkin wireless adapter...

    Hi,

    I bought a belkin usb wireless adapter recently for my desktop to connect to the internet but it is only picking up two networks whereas my laptop is picking them all up right beside it,would it be a problem with the belkin brand that i bought in argos? it is a dell vostro 200 desktop so its only 2 yeras old...anyone used one of these?

    what type of adapter is it ? eg G Wireless USB Adapter ect

    Why are you worried about how many networks it is picking up? Surely you just have your own wireless router that you need to connect to ?

    im using the same and works fine. if you can pick up your network and it connects fine then no worries if not bring back to argos and ask for a new one.
