Alternative to Samsung UE40B7000?

I went into PC World in the Jervis centre this morning to buy one of these TVs but when I got there I found out that they were out of stock and they're not getting any more in as the model is being discontinued
It is in stock on komplett.ie but given the recent problems that they've had I'm reluctant to spend over a grand with them.
So can anyone recommend an alternative to this TV?
My requirements are:
LED screen
40 inch
4 HDMI
min 100Hz
budget of about €1200
