Should I seek legal advice?

Just wondering if I should be seeking legal advice for the scenario below or is it a lost cause. Any input would be appreciated.

The company I work for has been receiving some slack from a non-governmental organisation which is made up of all companies which trade in the same field as we do. We are not members of this organisation. I recently found out through a friend that this organisation has sent out an email to all their members (and possibly others) informing them not to do business with us. Reasons for this is still unknown as nobody in the organisation will return our calls. What I am particularly worried about is that the organisation not only named the company but listed the main staff with us as well.

Not a legal eagle, but that definitely sniffs of anti-competitive behaviour. I'd be surprised if you didn't have a case against them.

You say `The Company I work For` and apart from job preservation on your part, why else would it be your concern. The other company doing the dirt have something to fear from your company to be taking the action it is taking. Perhaps its motives is to have a closed market in whatever business ye are in. This is, as stated previously as, anti competitive and deserves further investigation. We have enough of this sh*t with the bank cartel of AIB and BOI all aided and abetted by Fianna Fail who seem to be unable to find enough money to throw at these monsters which have ruined our country and our future. It is not rocket science to obtain the composure of any company and until you are a little bit more forthcoming there is really nothing more to add.

I would also notify the competition authority.

    Financial Regulator?

Yeah I'd get professional advice right away. Some serious issues there.
