Phil Selway to release solo album

Radiohead's drummer has followed Thom and Jonny to release his own solo effort. It's called Familiar. A track is free to download on his website http://www.philipselway.com/

The track is actually really nice, who knew he could sing? And no percussion!

Thom got Johnny to play some piano (or at least sampled some of Johnny's piano playing without telling him) for The Eraser, and Johnny got Colin in to play bass on 24 Hour Charleston, doesn't look like Philip's gonna get any of his Radioheadmates in for this one. Can't wait to see what an entirely Radiohead-free offering sounds like
