Since we've been talking about quantum entanglement...

I was reading the Ender's Game series a while back. In the books two entangled particles are used as the basis for a system of communication called an Ansible which is used to transfer information faster than light since, basically, entangled particles being the only thing that can apparently break the Speed Of Light 'speed limit' (you waggle one particle and the other starts waggling at exactly the same time).

Anyway; is there anything to suggest that this could be done? Could you, for example, use two entangeled particles to send morse code from Alpha Centuari? Is there any reason it couldn't be done? What equipment do you think would be needed?
