Hi All i have a property located in the UK on which I pay tax to the UK government at present. I would like to know what my obligations, if any, are to the irish revenue. I am resident in ireland for taxation and this is my only property.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

If you are an Irish Citizen/domiciled then you are liable to Irish tax on world wide income with a credit suffered for any UK tax paid.

If you are not an Irish Citizen/domiciled then you would only be liable to Irish Tax on UK income if it is remitted to Ireland.

    Kind regards
