    Hi all,
I am in the serious thinking stage of converting the back half of one of my convenient shops into a pizza take away joint. it would only be about its only bout 24/28m sq.but my idea is to run a counter straight across the back of the shop. and have the pizza cooking/prep behind that. people can either collect or we will deliver.

i need to find out about health and safety, planning, fire cert etc.

we have all of the above for the convenient shop but anyone know what ya would need to get this open?

money is very very tight and we will be doing the majority of the shop fitting ourselves. buying second hand equipment to keep costs down.

    anyone know about paperwork costs?
