When I first came across dwadzieścia, I thought I'd never be able to say it.
Now it's things like wzysztkie and all its varieties that wreck my head. It's a mental block I think, though many of the numbers are ridiculously hard anyway.

Heck, it took me ages to be able to pronounce "trzy." And that was way after I'd learned "dwadzieście." It still gives me trouble.
