    I sent an email to Hugh you can read his reply here. If you read the Ask a Pro thread, he makes the same point about not looking for winners as such but looking for horses that are the wrong price.
    I only sent the email yesterday around 4 ish to studio@attheraces.com and got his reply at 9 o clock last night.

    Great article with some top notch questions.. I found it to be quite personal, which is always a sign that he is genuine. Well done and thanks for posting.

    I thought it was interesting that he stressed the point about the price and If I read it right a 1 point bet is not something to bother with really.

    Maybe he needs to introduce the half point selection for when he is hard pressed or being particuarly speculative.

    The 1pt bet he advised in the 4-50 won. Hard to back it when he was only having 1 point on after what he said in the interview. He has a 2pt bet in the 5-45.
