What was the worst thing you or your housemates did to your landlord/landlady? Did you mess up thir house or do something that they dont know about? Well me and my housmates, were getting ready to leave for the summer, so we were cleanning up the house, the night before we leave, and we have loads of cans etc, so we needed some where to put them, the bin was thought of but then we would have to pay more money out of the deposit, so we decided to leave our landlord a present, we just f*cked all the cans up in the attic, job done.

Didnt pay rent or esb,didnt clean it before I left,gave a day notice when leaving.It was a **** hole,he shook my hand on the last night even tho he knew we where doing this.Also didnt pay internet ,cable basically didnt pay anything lived for 2 months for nothing.

Not to sure what you mean by this,we siad we moved out,we where pretty sure he wasnt registered landlord and didnt take any of his ****.

The best thing i ever did for a really nice one was
when i left after living there for almost 7 years on a really cheap rent , the walls looked really horrible and we had 3 weeks left after moving out we decided to repaint the whole house
He was really happy with it and got 170 euro for it

The worst: I paid the rent.

The fcuker should have been paying me to stay there. Like something out of a shanty town ffs.

We were on a yearly contract with the bins where they'd charge us at the end of the year based on how many times we left the bins out. The landlord said he'd take it out of the deposit but forgot about it whenever he arrived to give it back.

Wanker took a shed load for other stuff though so it'll be nice whenever he gets the bill. Best thing too is that he'll have an awkward time figuring out how much of the bill will belong to the new occupants.
