Just wondering does anybody know how much an acre I could expect to pay for land in north Dublin ? I'm not sure what way leases typically work for land but I'm looking for something long term, ie 20+ years

Leases on land for more than 5-7 years would be few and far between, I don't think I've ever heard of a 20+ year lease to be honest. The going rate for renting good land in North Dublin could be anything from €150/acre for grazing to €600/acre for potatoes.
