Hi,

I'm a 24 yr old female student at DIT in Kevin St. (off camden St.) and I have two rooms available from early Aug. A single and a double room. The house is quiet and the area is quiet only a few minutes walking distance from Stephen's green and Camden St.

The singel room is going for €350 and the
double for €450-475 (depending on if I can haggle the landlord down).

Looking for clean housemates, preferably girls or at least mature people who don't leave dishes in the sink for the sink fairy to clean!

Bills are: Broadband (Smart) Ca. €15-20 per month and electricity (Airtricity) Ca. €30-40 per 2 months. Gas heating which last winter (although remember it was a freaky cold one!) ran about €40-50 every two months.

No NTL as previous housemates didn't want to, but it can easily be arrranged.
