New grips! What to buy?

A couple of my grips are getting worn - TM R7 irons - and need to be changed in the near future. I like the alignment marks (arrows) on the stock TM grips but don't particularly want to pay the TM premium price for what is, probably(?), a fairly standard grip. Any suggestions??
(Note: 18+ HCP so any help on the grip etc is welcome, hence the liking for the "arrows")
I have had a look on-line and there are plenty of options but I thought I'd ask the oracle that is "Boards.ie"!!
Constructive answers only please as a few of the threads lately have gone off topic due to a few (you know who you are!!) posters that only want to get a rise by posting negative comments for the sake of it!

p.s. These popped up on my search.... http://cgi.ebay.ie/REVOLUTIONARY-NEW-FEEL-GOLF-FULL-RELEASE-GRIPS-AMAZING-/270600279931?cmd=ViewItem&pt=UK_Sporting_Goods_Golf_Club_Components&hash=item3f0108977b opinions/experience??

Replace what you have or look around this site as recommended by others that have used this site, including me:
