Its hard to get any info on this or maybe I havent been lookin in the right place but as far as i know the dog breeding bill does not effect the likes of the lads on here who may have afew gundogs which they may breed every few now and again. The bill is to legislate "Puppy Farms" or Dog breeding establishments where people breed 6 or more bitches and make a good few quid off it!
