I upgraded last night to IOS4 and now when I click on the iPod icon, it opens for a couple of seconds and closes...I can't listen to music, watch films or do any of that stuff...my albums/movies are there but I can't select anything.

i didn't do a backup, just an update. thats probably my problem is it? i'll have to copy over all my music again?

You can try to restore it again. It doesnt matter whether you done a backup or not, it shouldnt matter. Just do a restore and sync all your stuff back onto it.

Next time though, it would be wise to do a backup before you update as you would have lost all your details on the phone.

    Good luck.

Restart it and then try just a resync
