    Well I didnt know this but as baggage fees have crept higher and higher, at least in the US companies like UPS are rolling out their own answer: Ship it ahead, or pack into a lighter container. Meet your dear old friend, Corrugated Cardboard.

    I admire their ingenuity and would at least on Domestic Rates be interested if they can actually compete with the airline fees.

    Great idea!

    Coming home from Nice last year, I posted a parcel home to avoid excess baggage fees. The box cost €32 to buy and ship. Had I just taken the hit at the airport it would have been at least €60.

    If the likes of UPS are doing this, there must definitely be a market. How long before they start doing it in Europe?
