Not sure if this is the right thread for this or not. I am currently looking into flights to Johannesburg for a group of 15 or so for the World Tug of War championships in September. Quotes from travel agents are around EUR900. Saw some flights online with KLM for EUR620 but you have to give names and pay all up front. Any tips into booking such a flight would be appreciated. Are you safer to go with a travel agent when your talking about a large sum of money, I suppose you have something to fall back on if there were any difficulties. Do many airlines take group booking online? I see that BMI do where you can book the seats and pay a deposit. Full price and names not needed till 6 weeks before departure. Thanks
