Has anyone set up a Premium SMS Text message service?

Hi all,

Great board, loads of useful information. I've been toying with an idea for a SMS text service but have no idea on how to go about setting one up. I've tried googling but have come up with wildly varying costings. O2/Vodafone sites

The idea is similar to the subscription service you see advertised everywhere where customer texts 51xxx number and receives return text costing € 2.50, €5.00 whatever!

Has anybody ever set something like this up?

From what I can gather, this is essentially "wholesale texting" but without subscribing, ie. similar to texting for competition on Late Late show.:o

As you can tell this really is an acorn of an idea but I believe it could be a runner!
