    Just thinking if a person heart was removed, would they feel pain or love. For example would you continue to have feelings for other people or would you have no feelings at all

    They definitely wouldn't feel love or pain because they'd be dead.

    OP - you need to explain how this is a Personal Issue. Otherwise I will close this thread.

    Pain and love are emotions created cerebrally, they are not cardiac issues...

    once your brain still registers those emotions you will still feel hurt, love and pain, we refer to "heartbroken" as a phyiscal manifestation of our downtrodden thoughts and emotions - if we are heartbroken how come it still beats?
