    This is from BBC News.
    Leicester's lord mayor has apologised after his trousers fell down during an educational event for schoolchildren.
    A spokesman for Mr Hall said: "The lord mayor has offered his deepest apologies to those attending the event for any offence caused by the accident."

    I've just Googled the Mayor of Leicester and found his twitter feed - here's his only comment on the incident:
    Two days ago, I was wondering how to publicise the progress of my diet. I hear, though, this issue may be resolved very soon...

    I was there for 36 hours and it felt like about 20 years. I thought I'd never get out of the place
