Sky picture reception

    Hi ya

    Over the last month or so I notice that my Sky picture/reception stalls for c.1second as if there is some interference with the signal. Anyone experience this? It is not a massive problem but it would be better if I could fix it. It can happen up to once every 15 minutes or so. Perhaps it is a fault with the dish or it may need a minor realignment?

    have you tried rebooting the box? unplug for a few seconds and start up again.

    could be as you think a slight misalignment ,

    what are the signal quality and strength reading?

    Rebooted it last night and no complaints. Signal strength/quality seems to be c. 80-90%. Is that the general level or should it be higher?
